OUR STORY
New Morning Bakery has been located in downtown Corvallis since the late 70's. It has had several owners over the years (The Weinstein Family for over 30), with Tristan & Keara James taking over the reigns in early 2012. Tristan had worked at New Morning for 12 years, starting off as a dishwasher and eventually becoming the General Manager. Since purchasing the business, the James Family has tried to enhance NMB's reputation as the go-to eatery in Corvallis, as well as make some changes and updates to NMB's offerings. Come in and see why New Morning has been a Corvallis institution for over 40 years. You won't be disappointed!
